The Centre “Comune dei Popoli” is an orienting desk for public services that – with the support of qualified operators, cultural and linguistic mediators – guides and accompanies foreign citizens in the fulfilment of their administrative needs. A place where information, awareness-raising and promotion of multi-cultural projects take shape, but also a documentation and training centre. “Comune dei Popoli” is a centre within the municipality of Siracusa, which is open to the whole community, inviting citizens to follow specific training courses to become social guardians, following the model of voluntary legal guardianship, being able to accompany and support foreign citizens in the process of working and housing empowerment.
